Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Muck Boots purchase; if you are not, you can return your unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that we currently do not offer direct exchanges, so a new order should be placed if a different size or style is required.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place the boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer cardboard box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
